Mary and Ben’s wedding day started at the beautiful Kentucky Castle in Versailles, Kentucky. It is a beautiful property with gorgeous landscaping, gardens and lots of history. It was a sunny morning, not too hot. We knew there was chances of rain as the day went on, so their reception was suppose to be held on the roof top, but as chances of rain increased it got moved to the beautiful property greenhouse. Their ceremony was held in the grand ball room with one of the most glamorous fireplaces and marble floors, It was perfect for their fairytale wedding. Mary and Ben’s officiant (Also Ben’s friend) dressed up for the first look in a not so pretty wig and dress and surprised Ben with a FAKE first look, as you can see in their photos it was quite hilariously. Mary had two looks for the day, she had an American dress along with another custom traditional Vietnamese dress. I loved how she incorporated both and they were important to her. Not only was that special to them, but their sweet little dogs are the joy of their life as well, Bear and Buster. They were at the wedding all day long. It was truly an amazing day even with the rain, their love shined through the clouds.
Thank you both so much for sharing your life with us! We are so excited to see your love grow with many years to come of happiness.
