Courtney and Mike’s wedding day was the first wedding of the year for us! It was one of the most entertaining weddings that we have photographed. We just loved Courtney’s style from the beginning and her attention to detail really showed through out their day. From the ginger jars on their tables to the gorgeous bridesmaids dresses, their day couldn’t have gone better.
Their day started out at The Lexington Country Club and then the ceremony at St Paul’s downtown Lexington, then to end the night dancing back to the country club. Their ceremony was probably one of our most favorites Catholic weddings. Priest Norman was incredible and decided to lead the bridal party in song to Elton’s John, “Can you feel the love tonight”! It was only fitting since Elton John was in concert next door to the church. We 100% felt the LOVE!
Mike and Courtney left the church with bubbles surrounding them, they were all smiles and just so happy. That very moment they can say those words you wait for so long for, “We are Married”! Now let’s get this party started, and that is exactly what they did. We ended the night surrounded by her family and friends celebrating their love and dancing the night away!
Congratulations Courtney & Mike, we loved being apart of your day and wish you all the happiest of marriages!
xoxo,
Tonya Lynn Team
